The STEM and Fitness LLC is a program designed to bring health and fitness to K-12 classrooms where literacy and health are joined together to improve educational outcomes for every student. The Science of Reading is used to increase students knowledge about various issues affecting their emotional growth as well as their capacity to absorb new information. It is well researched that exercise improves academic performance, and individual fitness programs also improve overall health. So we work on academic growth as well as fitness at the same time. The program is very popular in NYC and New Jersey schools. It is the foundation of our Four Rivers STEAM Charter School in Freehold, NJ. Opening in 2025.
